How long will it take my order to ship?
We strive to ship your order within 3-5 business days of order placement. All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS. Please note once the carrier is in possession of your order, we do not have control over the delivery timetable. Do you take preorders?
Not at this time.
Where do you ship?
We only ship in the United States. Shopify will calculate your shipping rate based on your zip code and selected shipping service.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Do you sell threads online or kit online orders?
Currently we do not, but it's part of the plan eventually. Stay tuned and bear with us!
Do you offer finishing?
Not at this time.
Do you offer charts?
We currently do not offer charts of our designs.
Can I copy a canvas for my own personal use?
We kindly ask that you don’t copy our designs or other designers—even for personal use. Every piece is protected by copyright and represents hours of creativity, care, and love. Thank you for supporting our small business and respecting the art we work so hard to create!
