We strive to ship your order within 3-5 business days of order placement. All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS. We only ship in the United States. Shopify will calculate your shipping rate based on your zip code and selected shipping service.

Yes, we do! Just select local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup and you can come pick up your order in the shop during regular business hours.

Orders not picked up after 30 days of purchase will be refunded and entered back into inventory. If you are unable to pick up your order within 30 days and would prefer us to ship your order to you, please email us at hello@mimisneedlepoint.com and we'd be happy to make arrangements!

As you may know, the growth of the industry means it's hard to predict supply chain. We have all our Mimi's Needlepoint canvases on order, but there are longer delays than anticipated to receive our orders. You can always sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and you will get an email when that product comes back in stock! Make sure you're following us on Instagram and signed up for our email list to be the first to find out.
